FREE SHIPPING
All orders ship free, with tracking. No minimum order.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email right after you order and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Most orders arrive within 7-20 business days after shipping. During the holiday season carriers can be slower than usual, so we recommend ordering early.

TRACKING
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us through our contact page and we'll look into it right away.

SECURE SHIPPING
If you added Secure Shipping to your order and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll reship it free of charge.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days after shipping, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll fix it before it ships. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
