PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We do our best to display our products, colors and images as accurately as possible, but your screen may show colors slightly differently. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at any time.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. If we need to cancel or change your order, we'll contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

PRODUCT USE
Snugglepurr beds use a low-voltage 5V USB heating pad. Use it as described: plug it into a USB charger or power bank, keep the cord where your pet can't chew it, and unplug it before washing the cover. Remove the heating pad before washing.

MYSTERY GIFT
Mystery Gift contents are chosen by us, vary from order to order and are a surprise.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping, returns and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Snugglepurr and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snugglepurr is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website.
